FAQ's
What are your terms of sale? TOP Payment by PayPal is due immediately when item is purchased. All other forms of payment are due to me within 7 business days. If payment has not been received, I will inform the buyer by email and then will restock the item in my store.
What payments do you accept? TOP I accept PayPal, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
All items purchased with personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders will be held until the payment has cleared my bank. Generally, this takes about 3 - 5 business days.
What methods of shipping do you use? TOP I ship items to any address in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, using The United States Postal Service 1st class with delivery confirmation. I will ship using Priority Mail if contacted before item is purchased.
International bids are enthusiastically accepted! I ship again by USPS Air Mail. Once payment has been received. NOTE: I do sell some pre-ban Ivory items which can not be shipped outside of the United States. International bidders should not bid on the items.
Do you offer combined shipping? TOP Yes, I do offer combined shipping on my jewelry items. The first 4 items ships for the same price and the next items are figured at a small increase. I do charge a small handling fee which is included in the flat rate shipping
costs.
Any order over $200.00 ships FREE any where in the world.
What do the terms you use to describe the condition of your items mean? TOP When buying vintage / used items, you must expect some indication of age. Here is a general guide to help you decide which level of quality you are buying.
MINT IN BOX (MIB): Item is in it's original box and appears to never have been worn or used.
MINT: Item is in factory new condition.
Note: Very rarely do you find vintage items in these first two conditions.
EXCELLENT: The best you can expect for any vintage / used item. It has the slightest hint of wear.
VERY GOOD: Signs of use or age, nothing too obvious.
GOOD: Noticeable wear to item.
Note: All wear or damage will be described in the description portion of my listing.
Do you have a return policy? TOP First let me say, customer satisfaction is a very big portion of my business. I love return buyers and have built some great relationships through my sells. For this reason, I have a very liberal return policy.
MY RETURN POLICY: I will refund your money and shipping costs one way, if the following conditions are meet.
- I am notified there is a problem within three days of the buyer receiving the item.
- The item is returned to me and is in the same condition that I shipped it.
- The item is the same item I shipped. I do mark each item I ship with an invisible mark.
The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and insuring the item is returned in like condition.
